The overall objective is to develop dialogue and cooperation between governments of both shores of the Mediterranean for the improvement of sustainability environment in the urban context through improved public service management waters. To improve the environmental sustainability of the Mediterranean must establish shared processes between public administrations of all countries in the Mediterranean in order to address common problems. So we must first identify and describe in detail the problems and find solutions may well address the different needs of government.
