This project belongs to the VIth framework Programme on  "Competition, Contents and Broadband for the Internet in Europe" and has been carried out in cooperation with the University of Cambridge.  CRENoS prepared the deliverable WP2 on the assessment of the impact of an international ISP in a marginal territory, by studying the impact of  Tiscali on the territory surrounding Cagliari.
