The Italian Regions database is divided into three parts:

Regional Accounts There are several versions of the Data base on the Italian regions:

• Regio-IT 1970 - 2004 contains data on value added, investment and employment by industrial sector
• Regio-IT 1960 - 1996 contains about 50 variables
• Regio-IT 1951 - 1993 contains a smaller number of variables

Capital

• Regio(cap)-IT 1970 - 1994 contains data bank on capital stock of the Italian regions
• Regio(pubk)-IT 1960 - 1996 contains data bank on public capital of the Italian regions

Crime

• Regio(cri)-IT 1970 1999
