Abstract

We make some general remarks concerning three-dimensional ordinary differential equations, in particular those with two hyperbolic equilibria. Then we analyze a particular two-parameter family of such ODEs. This family was studied by Genesio and Tesi, then by Impram, Pavani and the speaker.
