We are delighted to announce that CRENoS (Center for North-South Economic Research), in collaboration with DiSEA (University of Sassari) and Deir (University of Cagliari), will host the 2026 Annual Meeting of ASSET (Association of Southern European Economic Theorists) in Cagliari from November 5th to 7th, 2026.
Established in 1986, ASSET brings together twenty-one economics departments and research centres located across the Mediterranean region (Cyprus, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Morocco, Portugal, Spain, Tunisia, and Turkey). The association aims to encourage cooperation and the exchange of ideas and researchers in the general fields of analytical and quantitative economics and econometrics.
The Cagliari meeting will be a prestigious international forum bringing together around 200 researchers from all over the world, with a concerted effort to promote the participation of young scholars.
